I am happy to announce that Cardio Strike has teamed up with the Wave Leisure Group.
I have been working with Wave for a number of years with our "Little Ninjas" programme and am delighted to be working in partnership with them again. Wave Leisure have four sites across Sussex (Seaford, Lewes, Newhaven & Peacehaven) and are keen to expand the range of activities they offer. We both feel that Cardio Strike will be a great addition to their fitness programme and offer a specialist type of training.
I am available at the Seaford venue at present and will soon be available across all four sites.
